This looks great!. Excellent weathering. Obviously, you need a better photo setup to do the mini justice. I think you could add a little more personality to the model if you added some designs - this is a tank, so it is likely to have writing/numbers/logos on it to denote which company/division/chapter it is in. This wouldn't be too hard to do - all you need to do is apply some decals. Alternatively you could do a freehand design. The other thing you could do is highlight the lenses on the hatch and scope a bit better. You could make them "pop" by highlighting the top edge with reddish orange, and add a dot of white on the bottom to indicate a glint of reflected. Then you apply gloss varnish to make the lenses look shiny. Otherwise, a great model, with excellent weathering - and the luminescent green icons look good, too.
