The Scourge of Pech
Here we have a kroot mercenary looked in the final moments of deadly combat with a Salamander space marine. Who will win? I created this little diorama for a contest at a FLGS. We were furnished with a kroot miniature and told it had to feature somehow in our scheme, so I came up with the idea of a veteran kroot who traded his mercenary skills to a Dark Eldar Homonculus in exchange for a pair of wings. The mini is pretty thoroughly converted, particularly the GSed chest armor and the posed arms/rifle. The kroot is also detachable, but i did my best to mask this in the diorama by using a two-tiered cork base. I hope you like it. ~Muninn
