Hey, thanks for commenting. Yes, I'm going for a style which is pretty much "comic/graphic novel" with those Ultramarines, hence the intense highlighting.
The faces actually have multible layers to suit that and also some wetblending around bionics or scars, but the picture didn't turn out quite good. I'll try to put up some close ups of the faces when I upload my next marines without helmets, maybe you can see it better then :)

I like your thick, bold highlighting style. It's not realistic, but it has a definite style that is eye-catching and fun to look at. The blue armour looks great. The bases are quite dramatic. One criticism is that the faces on the marines who aren't wearing helmets lack depth - you need to give them a wash and then a couple of layers of different skin tones to bring out the contrast between recessed and raised areas.
