8.5 for me as the blending is pretty good and the OCL adds interest. I'd have left the battle damage as it is too patchy and the rest of the model is so clean. Nice marble base - fits the Ultramarine theme. Altogether a very clean paint job and the blues are nice. Could have done more with the scroll - bit of text maybe. Cheers
