I'd like a larger picture, the base looks very good and intricate though. Also the grey wings and his face look well painted. I'm not sure about the red however, it looks quite bright and cheerful for an otherwise menacing looking model. I'm maybe consider a bit of purpleyred wash to darken it a bit.
I'm rating a 7 because it's a bit above the table top. What you need to do is push the contrasts . The scale we work at benefits to the eye from exaggerated shades and sharp highlights .
