Colors are nice and thinned looks mostly washed but good washing is a hard technique by itself anyways! That's really all I can tell from the picture! Looks like a solid clean paintjob!!
Its hard to get a good feel or view of the model with the picture you took. From what I see it looks really cool and must have been fun to paint. The basing is ok, and I liked the color scheme you went with but other than that its hard to critique. However if this is your first time painting miniatures you did an outstanding job.
