Jain Zar part 1

This is my first post, so please dont' be too brutal, but I am trying to get better, so I would like your feedback/critiques. Also I'm new with doing stuff with digital photos, and I took a good picture of the back, but I didn't know how to put them together, so it's listed separately...

the kid
maybe the judging should be made on more than one part of the mini...and id have to say that the red on the mini looks great, the light to dark ratio is good..keep painting

Thank you snowdog, for your brutal honesty. I will take this into consideration, but honstly I painted this mini before i knew what blacklining and layering were. I've never liked metalics so when i saw a friend using greys instead of the metalics, I went "oohhh" and haven't used much metalic paint since.

Klute, you can be nice, but being too nice isn't going to get anyone better. the blade and face are washed out, as well a miss on the throwing hand (star) hand really stands out. it's nice for starting, but geez, being nice and overly nice
