This miniatures by Simon miniatures is an amazing sculpt! I highly recommend those of us as mini painters and collectors have get at least two for your collection. These minis are so beautiful they seem to paint themselves! No I mean literally I walked in my studio and the sculpt was painting itself. lol

Love the skin tones! again, it seems that you have an interest in Boris Vallejo in the way you view skin tonality, The mini itself is super crisp and aggressive with the armour verdigris working really well. I agree with everyone else regarding the grass tufts - the one in the foreground is more appropriate to the base but otherwise, fantastic work (as always-lol!) Nick

Great mini, I like the washes and glazes on the armour. The yellow 'straw' doesn't work imo. (8.5)
