Still reckon it is a 10. though upon closer inspection the base lowers it a bit to a 9 however the overall "clean" paint scheme [meaning no visible paint bristles or finger prints are visible, and although there is randomization within the Fiery bits it is still rather neat] so it is back to 10 (atleast this is what i personally think)
