Blood Bowl wood elves with field by James
This was a fun team to paint. I love to put numbers and logos on the players, and the way these players are sculpted leaves a lot of room for such things. Another aspect of blood bowl I have always enjoyed is hand sculpting the big guys! This way, they are unique to that team. In this case, I made the figure into a birch tree, and he is holding the bloody severed head of an unfortunate rat ogre :-) Once again, I made another field, as these are just as much fun to paint as the players. The polystyrene foam has a great texture, and it really holds the paint!
