Contrast is something ive been working to push myself on.. should have some new nurgle marines painted up soon, hopefully we'll be able to see the difference.
This pic doesnt show it very well, but the base is countersunk (corpse fields from SWM) & filled with clear resin.
This shows nice brush control and color choice. All the colors fit well together, but I think this piece would look better if you allowed for more contrast in the festering areas of the figure. I think this would make it pop more. Also I think you could increase the overall rating of this figure by adding texture to your base.
