An oddity in a legion which favored close combat, WE Recon Marines were all veteran war hounds, of Terran Origin. Despised even by their Primarch they died all defending their ideals and loyalty to the true Emperor on the bloody fields of Istvaan III. As you can see they are not covered in blood as the other members of my WE battle force.
