For me, this is one of my favorites. Reminds me of everything i wanted to achieve with my iron warriors squad. Its gotta be that contrast between your "rust-come-shading" effect and bright steel NMM that does it for me. The base also pretty good with appropriate colors to tie in the figure and not forgetting those all important chevrons to imply an iron warriors allegiance. Very well done!
