That is a wonderful mini diorama-in-a-box, with the detailed instrument board and the two crew members. The paint job is clean, consistent, gritty and not overdone, with a realistic color scheme that mixes strong colors of the Rhino itself with subdued camo and metal for all the equipment, but does not overload the viewer with too much going on at the same time. I really like this.
