Wanted to make it look like she's on an elevated position -- probably, on some kind of ruined building. Still not sure about marking the front arc -- if anybody has any idea of an appropriate way, I'll be grateful to hear it.

I used a gradient strip of colour on my 'jacks, but doubt it will fit well here. A simple plain layer of paint isn't considered either. I've tried writing glowing symbols, but it takes too much time and gives too less effect. Now I think about trying a blue gradient with dots to match her cloak.
