I would suggest using other models to work on while you are still learning as much as you do on the stage where you are. Either that or spend as much time on the intire model, as you did on the spear. Especially the hair, skin and leather are not the same standard as the spear.
Overall an OK piece. Here is some general advice. Clean your model properly before you paint it. I can see multiple mold lines, especially on the arm.
You should try to use thinner paint and layer it to achieve a smoother surface
