I went very wild on this piece making it as dirty and disgusting as I could! But I really have to thank my fiancé who is a jeweler by trade and advised, "Why don't we use some of these little balls to represent pustules!" Man that woman has some great innovation!

Your fiance is an ingenious woman - those pustules add an extra "ick" factor that suits the Nurgle perfectly.
