Spiffy paintjob and a sexy-assed colour scheme. I like it, although you might have benefited from some thinned-down paint; it looks chunky in places (although that might just be the photo).
The sharp, bold highlights on the armour definitely define this guy as a follower of Tzeentch. Also, its good to see that you've deviated from the typical blue, white, and yellow color scheme of the average Thousand Sons. Very sharp looking.
