I'm much more a gamer than a painter. I think these models are well painted enough to be played. Etant plus peintre que joueyr, je me suis pas trop cassé le bol à bien les peindre. Mais je pense qu'elles sont suffisament bien peintes pour être présentables...

The coolours /varnish is way too glossy, and there's almost no shading / highlighting. Try some darkwashing and drybrushing, the should be the simplest tip! Nevertheless, detailed work on the eyes and face.
