The mini is good especially the spear tip but nuglepuss has a point about the white.
You might try a base of very light grey such as citadel's gohstly grey and highlight up to pure white from it.
Now I'm stuck how to vote properly on this mini... The whole is good, the NMM on the spear head is great, and I like the use of colours, but the white is completely flat and devoid of life. So I would have given this a 6 but I can't.
