Could try adding some icicles or would rather be an ice spike... Snow looks like powder snow but with gaps for me possibly might add some melted snow with more of a PVA mix or water effect equivalent. Base already has variation with rock, powder snow, and tufts adding some melted snow / ice spikes to experiment with effects.
