I like the gold on the trim of his shoulder armour plate thingies (especially since they're the only thing I can see clearly!) Maybe it's a gloss varnish, or a flash, or a combination of the two, but it's way too glarey. The light is reflecting off both the crests and ridges of the folds in his "dress," so I can't tell how well it's done. Basically everything is too shiny. His facial hair looks too much like it's smeared on. It would look better if you could achieve a more "stubbly" look, perhaps with some tiny spotty dealies? His fur cape doesn't look very highlighted/shaded to me. He's got pretty nice eyes, though! Hm... the red on his groin-armor flaps isn't really working for me, and the highlights of the 2nd from the right of the mini ones with gold circles on them is too abrupt. His paints legs look like they're probably done well (again, the glare makes it hard to tell), but those ties look weird to me... are they the same grayish/brown as his armor flaps? I like the gray shoulder armor. That looks nice. His hair looks like it needs highlights, though. Nice skin tones on his face! Happy painting
