really appreciate the comment,it was my first time doing a tau suit and was just starting to practice the weathering technique.i agree with what you mention on the clean look for some parts.yea i think in heinsight i would probably do a different colour too.working on a few projects at the mo and when i finish those i am planing on doing another suit with a contrasting colour.

The profile pictures do it alot more justice I feel like if you had other colors than white you could truely show the skill. If you had colors in contrast it would look alot better. At the moment and the current picture quality it "looks," i know it isn't; like the primer was don't incorrectly. I think the appearance gives the first impression of a bad primer quality or technique than it looks like weathering. Paint chipping. That is what this lacks. Clean looking paint in some parts will make it look better i think. It looks like it has been in a 10 year war and hasn't recieved a single touch up. Tau polish and take care of thier armor much like that of the samuri or ancient warriors. Kind of a reason why you don't see too much weathering done to tau armies. Fresh looking scratches fit the themes and kinda fresh bolter rounds but not this level of damage. Just My OP but take it with a grain of salt.
