Necromunda Redemptionist

I have picked up painting again after a 10 year hiatus. This is the first mini I have finished and I'm quite pleased with how he came out. I dirtied the bottom of the robes (to reflect the harshness of the Underhive) and added soot to the end of the old shotgun barrel (crappy weapons for mere brothers), a couple of techniques I tried for the first time too! The hobby has come along a lot in the last 10 years, the plastic models are really quality and I also picked up these great technical paints, Typhus corrosion for the mud and Agrellan Earth for the base. Also to still try out is Blood for the Blood God and Ryza rust, I feel spoilt using these new paints! :D This is a test for the rest of the gang. I would love to hear your comments and criticism! Trying to improve always!

Very nice. I like the subtly of the highlights and you clearly haven't lost any skill with the brush whilst being away. Look forward to seeing more.
