A good solid paintjob well executed and cleanly painted. IMHO to get you higher score, which you deserve on this mini, take you highlight up another layer especially on the coat and cuffs. The skin tones and face could do with a bit of strength perhaps by a slightly stronger shade tone. Overall the figures is a greditable effort.
You can dress her up, but you can't take her anywhere. I really like the texture you've painted on the tentacles. I expect her face and tentacles to have more in common, colour wise.
