It looks like it could be a decent paint job, but if you don't focus properly, you're gonna get burned.

Bad picture, can't see very much of the painting. To answer Zaphods question: I think it is a buddha.

I had the same flaw once with my digi cam and the bad focus on minis, but what ya gotta do is put it on the highest resolution and zoom in as close as possible and get as close as possible to keep focus, then resize in a program
