Custom Witch Hunter
So it's taken me a while to finish this guy because I've been quite busy with a lot of other things recently... but here it is. I only replaced the head, but he's still wearing elven mail. He was an orphan child, the sole survivor on a ship that crashed into Ulthuan as a babe, and was trained in the martial arts by the High Elves. As he grew older he felt the power of Sigmar flowing through him and came back to the main land to help his fellow humans because he always felt like the elves who taught him and whom he lived with moved too slowly with everything. Or if things with the End Times allow the Empire to properly survive, perhaps he was a baby lost in Athel Loren. Instead of posting heaps of different pics I tried to put them all into one. I don't know if I'm happy with the result of this big "combined" pic. I take the pictures with black background that is felt and it has heaps of little white spots so I had to go through and delete them all or none and it looked crap either way... Anyway, you can see the Mini just fine and the paint job. Tried out a lot of advanced techniques with this one, coloured shadows on the skin, and my first attempt at NMM which turned out alright IMO. Honestly I think this is the best paint job I've ever done and I'm pretty happy with the result
