You have a very precise technique, very clean lines and seperation of color. That would make this paint job "technically" perfect, which would be fine if you were painting a house. You need to work on your 3-dimensional techniques: Shading, highlighting, and outlining. Especially highlighting, on the flesh, blue and red parts. The weapon looks pretty good, so more like that would be great. The stuff on the base is fine, but the bright orange draws your eye away from the mini.
