Very nice tartan work!
Although I am not sure if the one in the cape fits the mini, maybe its too bright for my taste.
Also great face shadowing and lights. Hobbit faces can be very tiny... this miniature its on the 32mm scale, but mithril respects "real" scale so the mini should be something like 22mm tall if I am not wrong.
