Hey there, welcome. I'm relatively new posting on here too.
This is a simple but relatively effective paint job and an OK picture. You asked for critiques so I suggest areas for improvement would include: less reliance on drybrushing for highlights (they have their place), thin your paints a little more and build up the layers gradually.
I'm no master, but I hope that's constructive.
