This is one of the Chaos Dwarfs from Rackham, I have browsed a couple of anatomy books to find the right color for the skinned look. About the rusted spear: prime it black, drybrush with white, wash with sepia ink (or red-brown ink) and then give a light drybrush with orange . Paolo - http://www.minitaly.com

Really liked the miniature, but the flesh parts still looks rather unnatural (isn't the face covered in skin?)
