I would recommend inking the metallic parts with watered down black ink. Looks much better then. apart from that it's a solid paintjob with nice constrast.
Don't know why, but he somehow reminds me of Boba Fett from Star Wars. ;) Maybe its because of the helmet and the pistole pose.
This guy would make a great inquisitor. Especially with a big cape instead of a jetpack. Nice conversion. The paint job is nice but the blue is overpowering. I would break it up a bit with some battle damage or you could paint one of the knee pads a different color and add a heraldic pattern to it or something. The metalic parts on the backpack and the laz pistol are the weakest parts. If you were as careful with the highlighting on those as you were with the sword this would rate higher for me.
