There is nothing really "wrong" with it. Granted the picture is a little small but it looks relatively clean and tidy. The biggest problem is that if anything it's a 'bland' or 'vanilla' Space Marine and has nothing to give is that Eye Catching appeal.
Start up a W.I.P. Thread in the forums and most people will be happy to give advice and suggestions.
