Battlefield no. 3
Few years ago me and my brother Eljot start preparing tabletop terrains as WarForge team. We prepared together a lot of sceneries, terrain and buildings sets and game scenario objectives such as bunkers, altars, stone circles, chapels and so on. Some of these sceneries were highly-rated by CMoN community and photos of WarForge sceneries were published in CoolMiniOrNot Annual 2008. [M-T-P] is our new idea in co-operation with our friend Maciek, known at CMoN as Maciejus_exe. It means: Miniatures - Terrain - Painting, because we have some new projects: tabletop sceneries, converted models from old, unique miniatures and finally painted figures. We hope you enjoy watching our work. Battlefield no. 03 - scenery designed to play in science-fiction tabletop wargames such as Warhammer 40000 and other dark S-F games in popular wargaming scale 28mm. Big scenery has few ruined Imperial buildings which were destroyed during many battles. Ruins, many craters and bomb sites could be treated as perfect place to defense. This scenery also have various elements such as shrapnels, scraps, wire-entanglements, metal meshes, barbed wires and similar pieces. Base was made from PVC sheet (3 mm thickness) and covered by shell made from Plasticard plates, molded bricks, sand and small stones mixed with PVA glue. Ruins were made from genuine Games Workshop's Imperial Sector building sprues and from handmade bricks, which were cast from high quality dental plaster. Molds are from Bruce Hirst's Castlemolds. Scenery is professionally painted using acrylic artistic paints, also amazing MIG Productions pigments were used with Static Grass and other imitation of plants. Area of this scenery is 16 x 16 inches. Battlefield no.1 was designed as part of scenery set together with Battlefield no.1, no.2 and no.4.
