I started this quite a while befor the contest was announced. And the idea of painting something like this is for a long time in my mind. The title is about the burning of fantoft staf church in bergen norway. This was the beginning of a series of church ansons in the 90´s. I have to say that i´m totally against the actions and the crime that was commited by the blackmetal scene in this time. But i´m fascinated about the whole thing around it (corpsepaint, artwork...) Greetings
