the eyes make him look like zoolander!! i think it looks quite funny. after all barbarians are not know for their inteligence. nmm needs a little work though
Overall, he's pretty nice, but the eyes... the pupils make him look like he's crazy or something. If that was deliberate, great. But if not, to avoid that "I'm staring into infinity" look, paint the pupil/iris from the top of the eyelid to the bottom. If you look at a real eye, its not a point surrounded by white, but its a darker dot with two pieces of white on the outside. There's lots of good online tutorials for doing eyes, including one on this site.
