I think the picture is a bit burned (too much light, or too close to the mini). I also think that the blood is a little thick and too even, you can try to tone it down with a darker red or some browns and blacks on some spots. Also I am not sure if mixing non metallic metal armour with true metallic parts was a good idea. The teeth of the tentacles are almost pure white, or it seems so, they should not be that bright colour. Seems that you had fun with the transitions on the tentacles they are pretty smooth ;)
