The comment that WAS in your profile is no longer anywhere near to true. Overall the miniature is well painted and only a couple of minor faults (Weapon hand has a bit of Blue bleading on to it, the staff has a small amount of primer showing at the base of the symbol and there is a tiny splash of brown on his robe. The overall highlighting is good and the face is well done. Keep up this good work.

Okay..criticisms first: The highlighting on the coat is too harsh. The silver gun barrel needs toning down with an ink or a wash as does the gold eye in the centre of the banner. Those vent holes in the sides of GW barrels can be drilled out and look better for it. You just need a really small drill:) The base looks really good but the quadrant at the front needs a bit more work. It currently looks like he has dropped some birdseed. The face and other flesh is really good and apart from the bright gold, the banner looks really good as well. I hope you don't think I am criticising too much, this is intended to be helpful. This is really good work and the improvement in your posted minis is really noticeable:)

7.5 Overall looking good. Suggestions for imrovement: I like the purple, but I think the blue and red weapon and staff are a bit distracting and don't quite "work". I've been having problems with colour matching purple myself, colours that should go with it don't. I've started using various shades of brown to yellow brown and that seems to work quite well. I think you can take the highlights further, especiallly for pics it makes it look better, also add in more colour gradations, you'll wonder if you're wasting your time, but it really helps to get those ultra smooth colour gradations. Hope this helps, keep up the good work :)
