Captain Darnath Lysander, First Captain of the Imperial Fists

It's a very simple conversion, I just added the cloak from Celestine the Living Saint (Sisters of Battle character) and a piece from a Grey Knight Terminator Warding Staff. I made it because I thought Lysander looked a bit too small and insignificant next to Assault Terminators.
