Highlights are well done, and they help draw the eye to the central figure. But at the same time I think they are so heavy they cause the eye to ignore the base color of the mini and you loose the colors, especially because it looks like you used the same highlight color for the whole central figure. The highlight color should have been different on the armor than the cloak.
So I would recommend highlight less, no more than 25% of the surface area should be the highlight color. You can replace some of that dimension with shading. A teal shading color will work well for the red.
I also really like the underside of the cloak that shows on his right side. Its a little strong but it has a great texture.
I also think the base could be darker, especially they part without any sculpting.
