Overall this looks really well done. The base especially, although from this distance and POV I can't really tell what's on the base, looks cool though. A view from the side would be nice here to see the dagger scabbards, it looks like you detailed them well. Better photo would help your score.
I think it's a solid 8. Maybe if the picture was closer we could see the detail better and give a better score. I really like the purplish blending on the clothing. Nice job :)
