Ragnar Blackmane, Wolf Lord
Finally managed to find the time to take some new pictures on my Ragnar Blackmane / doubles as 32k Wolf Lord. I did notice that due to making the picture with my cell phone, image quality is going to be bad no matter how hard I try, so sorry for that. This is the centerpiece of my new Vlka Fenryka army, and as such it has been heavily converted. The base is Kharn the Bloody from Forgeworld, and on top of that I've added several parts of other kits (Ragnar Blackmane, Grey Hunters, Thunderwolves, Krom Dragongaze, Wolf Guard terminators, etc...) and sculpted some other parts to blend it all together. Quite a lot of hours of painting went into the miniature afterwards to achieve smooth transitions in the armor pieces and a credible bronze tonality for the metals. To finish it off, some crushed glass carefully applied was used to represent icing in some elements of his armor. The miniature has a detachable 25mm base in order to have the opportunity to use him solo or with a mount. Please leave your comments!
