Misan the Clairvoyant

This is the first Confrontation model that I feel I have really got my teeth into! He was a challenge to paint, which was good because it kept me interested all the way through. I am really pleased with his stack of books, and the smoke coming out of the bottles also turned out well (was the first time I used acrylic extender/retarter in my paints). Any comments would be most appreciated! And a big shout out to Biggeek, who will be seeing this model in the flesh shortly! Thanks all!

Lovely work Peter - I love this model, must buy one soon. The book is outstanding and probably my favourite bit. :D

I like the freehand on the book, and the smoke. Not too fond of the shiny quality on the cloak, it's probably the sealer. The face I think is also well done, though we can't see half of it. For the base I don't think the outdoor theme suits him too well. Did I mention I really like the book? It's always hard for me to come up with freehand designs.
