Once again I am ecstatic that I've pulled off some fine free hand on the shield using the head of a Gorgon which was an actual shield motif used by the Athenian Hoplite Army. Once again big thanks to Bailey for turning me on to historical models and narrative scenes for miniatures. I feel that this is another one of my best works, thanks for viewing, enjoy!
