The pavement of this base is a custom sculpted. And tattoos are part of the sculpted miniature.
All the Kd miniatures have great sculpts and details. If you like them , check the gallery at my web ,there you have 12 already painted. I dont put all of my painted miniatures here.

One of your best work on CMON imo.
Firstly : very nice and smooth painting, great details.
Secondly : clever choice of colours, with a good contrast between the blue and brown parts.
Thirdly: freehand tattoos, well done !
And finally : a very good base, simple yet effective. It complements the models by creating an atmosphere and the painting is amazing (I can't tell if the pavement is sculpted or handpainted !)
