I did a little bit of conversion work on this miniature. I swapped his curved sword for a straight-bladed one and added a torn cape which I made from a GW flag and some modelling putty. For his fur I decided to go with a hyena pattern. For his base I sculpted the ground into an incline, giving him regal stature over the other gnoll miniatures.
