My french isn't great, but it's good enough to understand that you've just pianted the flesh and want comments on that. With that in mind, yep, it's coming along fine. I'd like to see a bit more in the way of shading aroung the neck and to mottle the green somewhat as I'm not keen on uniformity of skin, especially in monster and ork figures, but that's just personal taste. You're on target to produce a fine mini. Now get on with it. :)
