Unfortunately the mouldlines are detracting from the mini as a whole. I'd also add some midtones to her hair to make the highlights you've done more effective. It looks like the paint is a bit thick in areas - thinning it down would definitely help with control.
The biggest problem I see here are the moldlines. You can try to file or cut them off before painting, it would ease your work and you'll get better results ^^
