Flagstone on the base looks nice, a bit rough but nice. I like the colours you have chosen, I see some problems with the wash/ink on the cape shadowed areas because a circlet has left after the wash has dried.
The eye is nice too although a little bit oversized for my own taste.
I can see a mold line on the left sword, you can file/sand it before priming and you will get smother results, sometimes they appear from nowhere when you take a pic of your finished mini, they are a relatively common nightmare xD
Keep painting and you will get without doubt better and better ;)
