That is a really nice, very Orky kitbash level conversion, fantastic! The paintjob is rather straightforward (especially the wheels could benefit from a bit more contrast between shades and highlights, and maybe some dirt/oil/grime), but the model itself is really one of a kind with the cables sticking out, the engine in front and the long, sleek form.
